Apartments in Colonica

Two wonderful 4 bedrooms apartments, the Fienile and the Forno, are available for our guest in the Colonica Building.
Each apartment, suitable maximum 8 people, is composed by 4 double bedrooms each with private bathroom, LCD and minibar; one fully equipped kitchen for 8 people; one wide and elegant dining room with LCD and Cd player, for a total surface of 280 sq.

Price per apartment:
Euro 1.000 per night during the low season period (January, February, March, July, August, November and December)
Or
Euro 1.400 per night during the high season period (April, May, June, September and October)

For long stay we are glad to offer the following rates:
For 4 nights stay 1 night with 50% discount therefore
Total amount of Euro 3.500,00 (instead of Euro 4.000,00) during low season period
Or
Total amount of Euro 4.900,00 (instead of Euro 5.600,00) during high season period

For 5 nights stay 1 night free of charge therefore
Total amount of Euro 4.000,00 (instead of Euro 5.000,00) during low season period
Or
Total amount of Euro 5.600,00 (instead of Euro 7.000,00) during high season period

For 7 nights stay 2 nights free of charge therefore
Total amount of Euro 5.000,00 (instead of Euro 7.000,00) during low season period
Or
Total amount of Euro 7.000,00 (instead of Euro 9.800,00) during high season period

The above mentioned rates are inclusive of taxes and services.
Buffet breakfast is available on complimentary basis and served in the Veranda area of the Fattoria.

Cancellation policy:
Minimum Stay of 4 nights - 5 nights - 7 nights
The reservation can be cancelled without penalty till 72 hours prior to the arrival date. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the one-night penalty will be charged on the given credit card
